Used to make your own bespoke drinker for chickens, pigeons, quail etc.

This cup is a great way to provide fresh water, on demand to your birds.

Filled automatically when birds peck at the built in plunger.

The Drinker cup is simple to clean, just disconnect the cup and twist to remove the spout part.

Can be used to expand an existing watering system, or can be attached to a bucket/container to create a gravity fed water system.

Includes wing nuts to tighten from inside the container for waterproof seal.

Instructions:

  • Drill a hole for each cup in your chosen container, making sure to evenly space them out giving enough room for the birds to get to.
  • Recommended to use a 9mm drill bit, or 10mm will work also.
  • Make sure to clean and remove any burrs to avoid seepage.
  • Create the hole around 7-8cm from the bottom so the cup doesn’t touch the base. You may wish to elevate the bucket (e.g. on bricks) so you can place the drinkers further down the container so the spout is at the lowest water level possible.
  • Remove the wing nut and place the spout into the hole, from the inside of the container, reattach the wing nut and twist until fully tightened.
  • Once all cups are in place, fill with water and place. The birds should after a while figure out how to peck at the yellow plunger to dispense the water.
